I guess it has been a while since Homey set-up the executive tent……

Site Review
These two campsites are situated on small bluff above a lake with a swamp filled shore line. It is a short hike into a heavily forested area, and carts are not available. During the summer there are swampy areas with tons of mosquitos and ticks, and during the fall there is a cold breeze that comes off the lake. Site 335 is a smaller camping area and sits above site 334. It is recommended that both sites are reserved due to their proximity. Both sites have issues with noise during the day since there is a kennel across the lake and the dogs bark all day. Site 334 is also home of the now dried up Lake Edgar, the original Sweet Home Alabama site which was the inspiration for the Kampin’ Pussy T-shirt, and the tree that contains the Burger + Edgar carving. We have camped at these sites during the following years: Fall 2011, Summer 2009, and Summer 2003. The Hen House CafĂ© is close by for the arrival or departure breakfast, and if you don’t order the home made toast, you are pretty much an asshole.
Hottest splits of the Kampin’ Trip.
Below are some of hot splits of the kampin’ trip. I’m sure your pants are wet watching this right now. I know mine are super wet, but I am watching Wonder Woman re-runs.
Double Splittin’
When splittin’ one piece of wood isn’t enough.
Machete Tests
I hope we get a sponsor some day for all this valuable field testing we are doing. This one involves our sweet machete called Mr. Hackey.

KBS Update
Since Super Chef Bobby Flay was a no show, we decided to add all ingredients in order to create the new KBS Supreme X-treme™. It’s bacon, two pieces of buttered Texas toast, cheese, two eggs, white gravy, Italian sausage, steak-umms, and Jimmy Dean sausage. I’ve got two words for it: Delicious….
Ghost Pepper Chili Dogs…..
Delicious ghost pepper chili dogs…According to Matt, you are a faggot (not the gay kind) if you don’t put Fritos on your ghost pepper chili dog.

I hope they have some apps for my pager…
When I go kampin’, I like to make sure I can communicate with the rest of the world. That’s why I put fresh batteries in my pager, and I am working on downloading some sweet new apps.
KBS Throwdown
Word is that Super Chef Bobby Flay might show up to judge the Kampin’ Breakfast Throwdown™ during Fall Kampin’ 2011™. Who knows what the challengers will add to the already super delicious ultimate breakfast sandwich. The basic ingredients are: buttered toast, fried eggs, bacon, sausage, and white gravy. Rumor has it that Matt may add Steak-umm® : America's Favorite Sliced Steak & Patty, where Mike may go with some homemade bread, or maybe even some fried chicken. No matter what the ingredients, I am sure the Kampin’ Breakfast Sandwiches will be real good.
Here are the basics if you’d like to try at home:

X27
I don’t think we will have a log pile like Summer Kampin’ unless Ott wears his ‘I Love Sex and Beer’ shirt but the X27 should be fun to use and hopefully break!
Here are some pictures.
Let the Countdown Begin!
3 days until 1st shift leaves and the weather looks to be awesome.

KBS Throw Down
On Saturday AM we will have the 1st ever KBS throw down. After 10 years of winning the chili contest I guess I still have to take the ‘cookie’ wanna-be’s to school.
Here are the rules:
1 – Each cool picks an assistant.
2 – Each cook makes a KBS and gives it to the first Kamper.
3 – Kamper tastes each KBS and cleanses his palette with Jack between bites.
4 – Kamper votes with his stomach and throws the worse KBS in the fire.
This year it is Matt vs. anyone who wants to be fuckin’ embarrassed (currently Mike)!
