As the most senior member in the Council of Elders I herby move to recount the Kampin’ Pussy Vote for years 2005 & 2006 due to recent bouts of valor and non-Kampin’ Pussy behavior….
Do I have a second and third motion?

This trip the council of elders was formed. The mission of the council is to govern all the Kampin’ trips, assure that the trips are attended by deserving guests and assure that each trip maintains the specific standards.
3 Voting Members:
Matt – Not the oldest council member but has been on every trip.
Lance has been on all trips but one and will eat most anything.
Mike – the oldest council member has been on all the trips except one.
To be on the council you must have been on at least 10 trips without out a 2 year lapse. You also need to be nominated by a majority of the existing council.
Some Council Powers:
Some Council Duties:
The KBS is clearly the best Kampin’ meal ever. I also like that only the Council of Elders (Matt, Mike and Lance) has ever had them.
This Sandwich fills you up for hours and Lance ate 2 in a matter of minutes!
We had to bail out our kampsite, after the 2nd set of storms…
So we put up the largest kampin’ tarp ever…40 ft x 40 ft…
We didn’t have much down time during Fall Kampin’ 2009 to capture our experiences on video. We were too busy battling the forces of nature (we of course won that fight). Matt managed to capture a candid discussion as to what we would eat during our victory feast….Stupid Nature….
Lance wanted field stitches, but we insisted that he get them done by a professional….We told him that you never know if you will be on the cover of Kampin’ Hunk Monthly, and need to look good….
Lance declined the local anesthesia, but the Doctor said it was hospital policy….Stupid hospital policy…
The Counsel of Kampin’ Elders met last night, and agreed on some possible replacements for Brent and Derek….
1) Todd G.
2) Lance’s Brother in Law
I hope Lances Brother in Law is nothing like Homey’s….
Lance even bought Derek a cozy for his jagermeister and he didn’t even show….We now have plenty of jager….

Off-kamp breakfast plans for Friday AM have changed. The place that Mike found is closed. So now we are going to Wingdam Saloon & Grill 9 N Shore Dr, Fountain City, WI - (608) 687-4144
About 3 miles south of the park.
I was hoping there would be a picture or two but no luck. Here is there informative website. http://www.wingdamsaloon.com/
Once we go there I will get some pictures and post them.
The alpha team has arrived and the rain is heavy! We are at site 50 and team alpha found the shithole for breakfast Friday (Great River Cafe) in Fountain City. There have also been reports of a Day Train nearby so this will be good for at night!
Bring your rain gear, it gonna be wet.
Mike is on his way and Lance and I will be shopping later today. Spoke with Mike on the road and he was disappointed in with the super nice weather. I told him not to worry, that at Merrek State Park it is pouring and cold!
Also what is Kampin’ without issues, last minute, Bo Derek suddenly is ‘busy’ at work. I guess 4 months notice is not good enough. We are all waiting to see if and when he will make it.
Bitches,
It’s that time of year again, and the 1st Recon team is off for supplies, then headed for Merrick. I will update the blog with pictures of the Kampsite and of the mighty Mississippi…
See you around 4:00 pm..
Lance, If you want some chicken feet for some nibblers, check your e-mail and arrange it with Rick….
